Description:
- Players move around the zone finding space.
- Coach calls "stop"
- Players stop immediately and check their positions.
- Players should not be too close to each other, indicating
that they know how to use the spaces in the zone.
Increase Difficulty:
- Players again move around the zone finding space.
- Coach calls out a shape that players must form;
for example, a diamond, a square, a straight line.
- Coach tracks how quickly players are able to form a team
shape and maintain equal distances between each other.
- Add soccer balls and passing to increase difficulty.
