MIND OVER MUSCLE Biofeedback Training
Except for the name, there's nothing scary about the Galvanic Skin Resistance biofeedback unit. The GSR measures your body's reaction to emotional and physical stress by tracking your perspiration.
The reaction to stress or fear, if not controlled, produces more stress, which in turn produces poor mental and physical performance. By creating an awareness of how their body is responding to stressful situations, athletes learn how to calm down and relax deeply.
